Steaks

Yesterday was my brothers birthday. Unfortunately he had to work in San Diego. So today, I made use of my Good Eats cook book, which arrived in the mail about 3-4 days ago. First recipe in the book, steak. Second Recipe, mashed potatoes. Good combo, I would say! Also made pickles.

It was a nice dinner with my brother, but please do excuse the messy countertop.
