Buttermilk Pancakes

Buttermilk pancakes are so good. I've never had homemade pancakes taste so good. Though my burnt pancakes may not look so enticing, the ones on my plate aren't so bad.

Next time I won't use a cast iron griddle to cook these bad boys. Can burn really fast since the griddle can get really hot.
