"Bring me....a shrubbery!"
A busy and fun day.
Up early in the cold grey to drive Z to wrestling,
Home briefly to yell at the other children for trashing the basement,
then back to Z's school to drive 1 1/2 hrs to University of Maryland (my alma mater) to watch their ACC wrestling match against Virginia Tech.
Drove Z around campus and showed him the old horse barns where Egypt had been stabled. Wrestling was held in the new Comcast stadium complex, built on top of the old pig barns.
Then stopped over at M+J's and watched Maryland's basketball team beat UNC on TV in a very large upset (UNC was ranked #1). M's great nephew is a star player for Maryland.
This photo is of M+J's second son, who is one of the most dangerous Poke-mon players I know. He has the best "seismic toss" I've ever experienced.
The title of the photo is a reference to my favorite movie of all time.
After basketball we went out to a Vietnamese restaurant for Pho (pronounced "fuh"). After Pho I decided I felt like the Pho King. Also watched the kids ingest large caloric quantities of ice cream.
On the way home Z and I stopped at Grandpa Bob's and his little @$%^&*! Skipperke, Hans, bit me on the shin.
A busy and fun day.
