A damp morning by Loch Riddon
In a sense this could be almost anywhere for I often think that the hill opposite my house is the most varied landscape I know. There are small plantations of conifers, lots of bare moorland, some heather , some birch,, outcrops of rock large and small and plenty of hidden places for the mist to seep out of on this sort of day. Just minutes after taking this I could see no detail at all, because the rain had swept in. Now it has swept out again but there are still many wisps of cloud amongst the trees.
