eye heart ewe

I really wanted to take a photo of an actual heart today, so I went to the local butcher. Not only did he have none in ("but I can get you a pig's heart by tomorrow if you want?"), he also told me that taking pictures of offal was a weird idea for Valentine's day.

Luckily I didn't tell him that next year I plan to ask him for an eyeball, a heart and a sheep's head and photograph them together...
