When it's over 30*c

there's nothing like swimming.

I couldn't decide between the one above and this one here.

Thanks for the support yesterday. I can't describe what happened but it was an interesting experience as when things are really black it is also a great opportunity for learning very important lessons.

And yesterday was no exception. When I went to bed last night I was so full of love for everyone (and myself) in that sort of totally unprotected defenseless state that people can get into (by mistake normally) and which I find beautiful. Everything feels great when there. It doesn't happen often, it it takes something BIG to make it happen, but it is a wonderful place to be.

Today was a very good day indeed. The mood from last night carried over, and the black hole of worry was solved early today.

I wish I could say more but while I can discuss virtually anything in public, this doesn't concern just me.
