Ragu
Dinner tonight- as it's day off-spagetti with a simple ragu. Note the most important ingredient, the bottle of Peroni for lubrication. (of the chef) Beef and pancetta, minced twice, celery,carrot,onion, some tomato paste. Add oregano. salt, pepper, pesto, du vin, and simmer for 3 hours. It'll be ready about 7pm...( I know it should be Italian vino, but we only have vin in the house..)
