Green Park
After a satisfying morning that consisted of a trip to Christie's to see the photography that is up for auction to fundraise for the photographers Gallery, followed by a viewing of Larry Clark's controversial images of young adults, I came across some graffiti as I made my way through Green Park. Empathy in action on Valentine's Day seemed quite apt, celebrating the need for a more universal love, the kind of love that inspired Egyptians to oust a tyranny.
I watched a very interesting TED talk on vulnerability where a researcher in human relations shares her work around vulnerability and connection and what it takes to be truly intimate, beyond chocolates and flowers.
