Happy Valentines Day!!!!

And what a good one it has been so far.

Brekkie in bed, which was accompanied by red roses and parcels....

Stuart got Alfie up and ready for nursery, then pressies. A tub of scrumptious posh body butter and a gorgeous red and white cardy, totally yummy from my fave shop in town.

Then the not so good bit, finding the house under the grot :-( but then Mum brought Boo home and we made his 'inspiration box' homework from Nursery. They were all given a box to build and then decorate to hold precious thingslike finds and pictures in. Grams and Alfie did a stirling job, v cool.

We had pink fizz to assist us (Grams needed it!). I thoroughly enjoyed watching one of the counties leading former primary headteachers be floored by her own grandsons stuborness but it got done and done well for tomorrows deadline. Nice lunch of fishfingers and peas and sweetcorn with dip dip sauce (ketchup) while Alfie entertained us with his ever growing confidence in his speech. Read a few books to Grams...

Then bath and hairwash so Daddy doesn't need to do it and then a nap which has passed into bed time! As you can see the bath was needed with the tell tale signs of both artwork and lunch on his face!

Fire lit, candles lit, nice food in the fridge... just waiting for the other heart holder to get home. Our 22nd Valentines day together!!!!
