Yummy yummy!

Yesterday I made "Arretjescake". The above photo shows a piece of it. It is not the most healthy piece of cake, but it certainly is very delicious!

For those of you who wonder how to make such a cake, you need:
87.5 g of butter
100 g of sugar
1 egg
100 g of biscuits
2,5 tbsp of cacao
(or any multiple of the above amounts, this is what I used as I did not want a big cake, and that is also why my cake is so flat)

First you melt the butter.
Then you mix the egg and the sugar and then stir the cacao through.
You break the biscuits into small pieces.
Then you mix the melted butter with the cacao/sugar/egg mixture and after that you mix the crumbled biscuits with it.
You put all of it in a cake mould and leave it in the fridge for a day.

Edit: Thanks you all for the comments :) You might have to experiment a bit with the amounts, mine ended up a bit too soft/soggy (although it tastes great), so you might have to use a bit more biscuits to get the right texture..
