Warum nicht?!

Yes on a train again!!

This time on a day that celebrates love (or shopping?). Anyway, this lady sitting opposite me made me smile as she sat disinterested in her black outfit, listening to music while typing a message and holding on to her huge bunch of flowers. I didn't want to take a photo without her permission (she did look a bit scarey), so I asked if she would mind (in my terrible Deutsch) and her face completely lit up and I just couldn't ask her to go back to her original mood and not smile!!!! It's the first time I've asked a random stranger if I could photograph them, and although I was nervous and took a terrible photo with the wrong settings in bad lighting, it was a fun experience and I swear this black clad lady skipped off the train. So I guess that's a positive result!:-)

I spent hours today wandering around the Jewish museum. Humbling. I'm not sure what to write about it yet, other than the lack of anger or blame is incredible.
