One of the oldest buildings in Darlington and probably one of the best pubs The Quaker House.

Started life in the 1700's as 3 cottages before being turned into the Quaker Coffee House. It's in a small 'yard' or cut through in the centre of town so was a very busy bustling place in it's early years.

Now the pub is known for having very good ale (has won lots of CAMRA awards) and good music.
