Oxtail Stew

spent 45 years and 11 months avoiding ever eating the meal that my mum used to tell me was a real delicacy in 'her' day!

Im still yet to eat it, as it needs a while more in the oven, and ill get Steve to remove the Bone for me,before its dished up.. cos im proper girly...

Mashed potato n peas will be joining this meal..
