Hide-n-seek

Found this little fella in a packet of baby spinach, not exactly appetizing. I was trying to figure out what kind of bug it was, but learned that it's not an insect at all, but just a spinach seedling and that it's not uncommond to find them in spinach packages. Glad I didn't throw it out, spinach is very expensive!
