and just a few hundred yards east of this, our esteemed city council are planning a biomass plant, right in the centre of regenerated leith, where hundreds of new homes have recently been built. so whatever direction the wind is in, several thousand people will be affected by outpouring from the plant. and i don't believe it will pour out nothing.....the sewage treatment plant, a mile or so further east has been the bane of the lives of folk for several miles around for about 15 years now - and they still haven't sorted that problem!!!!
