Sunrise Run

Well despite the ropey equipment & given the pager activity already & the plan this afternoon this may not be the most exciting event in St Ives today, but you probably had to be running the coast path to Clodgy Point shortly after 7 a.m. this morning to appreciate what you missed, so I preserved it for posterity. Worth stopping for a moment to take it in.

iPhone users will no doubt use this to justify their expensive toys but I prefer a mobile phone that makes calls and texts in line with my agenda whilst also allowing me to listen to Radio 4 whilst taking in this kind of stuff.
