Raclette Night

It was Raclette night tonight for supper. The boys didn't have hockey tonight due to the warmer temperatures, so we had time to have a nice leisurely supper. We had chicken, red peppers, mushrooms, snow peas, onions, baby corn on the cob, water chestnuts (my favorite!), homemade bread and cheese, and roasted potatoes. Everyone really enjoyed the meal. We were all stuffed!
