Sparkle in The Rain
As you can see the song titles continue ( although i'll accept that its actually an album title)
This was the first photo that i took today. I had noticed the little drops of dew hanging off the tips of the leaves while i was watching the sparrows gather in the bush outside.
Sooo, nipped outside the front to see if i could get a snap, but felt a bit self conscious standing there with my camera and tripod facing the window of my neighbour's front room, i could visualise a peeping tom moment and a long drawn out court case..
So into the back garden, and oh,the beautiful drops of condensation hanging off the line of the rotary washing line, all lined up like small soldiers on parade. What a photo opportunity..
or it would be if, in haste, your nimble photographer doesn't drop his tripod onto the line knocking off all the drops and then leaping up from his squatting position, become embroiled in a battle of survival with the rotary line which takes exception to his presence and wraps a stray cord gently but firmly around his throat.
What an image that would have made, partially dressed man with tripod on the floor by his feet, running aroud inside a rotary washer while clutching a camera, trying not to asphyxicate himself as the self timer triggers flash after flash after flash..
After freeing myself i saw a drop of dew falling off a branch, and with a croaky voice said " thats for me."
All that excitement it wasn't even 8 a.m.
Night all
