Disappointment

We bought a Cala house last April due to its "fantastic" reputation, well never again!!

We have had run in with the on site staff over various items both "big and small" and then we have an issue with our central heating system. Now to me you think you move into a brand new house you expect all the basics like your heating to work "properly" well not ours. We have a condensate pipe below the boliler and when it gets to -3 it seems to freeze and if we do not disconnect this condensate pipe and put a bucket under it to stop the garage floor flooding. Now I accept that our weather conditions were extreme before Christmas but -3 is not "extreme" and surely in this day and age Cala should have looked at all these aspects before installing the heating system into all the houses on our estate.

And then they deliver this "play area" - now look closely we have a slide annd 2 little rockers for a housing estate of approximately 80 family homes. This is not my idea of a play park.

Yet again they have let me down. I will never recommend them or buy from them again!

p.s. I am not the only one on this estate complaining about them either. For the money that we paid for our house it is a disgrace.
