Quickly though, in between lesson preparations, teaching and following lectures at uni in the night time myself it doesn't leave much time...

Was being observed by university lecturer this morning, even though I shouldn't be scared to be judged (have been through so many end of year reviews at Shell) I was very nervous. It showed halfway through, when all I had prepared had been said and I had to think what to do next...

Oh well, mistakes are made to be learned from, right?!
