Question

Can anyone recommend a really good digital photography book? My girlfriend has aspirations of travel photography and has an amazing eye for framing and composition. What she's not so clued up on is the different settings and what to use in certain types of shot (night time, action, landscape etc.) There is a magical dial round most digital cameras these days which does it all for you but it would be great to get hold of a book (other than the manual!) that explains everything and gives some tips. Your comments would be gratefully received.
