Baked goodness

Had a scrumptious meal tonight. Jer made baked farro risotto which was super quick and easy to make - and perfect on a cozy evening at home. I made a roasted cauliflower dish and used this recipe as a jumping off point. Used my new cast iron dutch oven to make it. I added garlic, anchovies, pine nuts, didn't use the vinegar or almonds, and topped it all off with fresh breadcrumbs/parsley.

Wow! It made for some good eatin'! Can't wait to dig into the leftovers....
