Himalayas

Well this is my last photo of nepal! back homein dubai! had an amazing time and this photo is around 7 am kathmandu the clouds in the valley while we are on a bus at the top of the hill and see the himalayas. Ok soo this has what i have done all week:
Day 1- we arrived and got to camp at night and was assigned tents and ate dinner and went to sleep
Day 2- we where split into two teams yellow and red. we then did team building exercises such as trying to get numbers 1-50 in the quickest time and beat other records which we did intill the other team came and found out our sscore and beat it by a couple of seconds, then we also did this spider web thing where we had to be contiuously touching and get the whole team through the web to the other side. We also went absailing of the bridge.
Day 3- we hiked up to the top of the mountiain which was a 5hr walk. we had a choice either stairs 1st or slopes and ofc i choose the stairs so now i offical hate stairs! i ached so much the next day how ever it was good to come down on the slopes.
Day 4- we did high ropes which i am pretty proud of myself that i completed the course with the help of my team " Team TAM!" then after that we went cannoning which is absailing down water falls. altogether we did 7 waterfalls the last 2 25m and 45m which i felt proud of myself for completling quickly and getting the hang of the absailing. However the only downfall for the day was that the water was cold and once again had to climb steps to get back to the resort.
Day 5- we went white water river rafting which was loads of fun! i enjoyed every mintue of it! however the water was very cold and didnt help that i had a cold already!
Day 6- we went to a local school and taught the children about nature and new games that they could play also it was amazing when they tried to teach us the national anthem on nepal! we also created banners with them and gave them so school some supplies. then the boys played a vollyball match against the school! the only downfall to the day was that it was raining all day and the weather was freezing.
Day 7- wake up call 4 am and left the resort at 5am on a 4hr bus journey! once we reached kathmandu we went to a temple where i saw bodies being creamated and was scared to death as that is one of my fears of seeing dead people and grave yards. however we then had time to shop where i baught my mum a painting of the himalayas and 2 statue elephants and a bracelet with the temples name on it for myself. then it was time to leave and a 5hr plane ride back to to dubai which i am so happy to be back because the weather was so cold but it was a fantastic time!
