ON THE COMMON

Tonight I am eating my favourite dish...courtesy of Kissthesky's wonderful mum...and the good news is that though we are 6 this evening, there will be enough for 26 - this, she says is due to the fact that as a youngster growing up in Italy in the late 40's/early 50s there was never enough to eat, well, we are the lucky ones.

Today on our walks, we were blessed with wonderful weather, and though this shot should probably be cropped, I just couldnt resist keeping the wonderful grasses. Oh yes, just in case anyone is remotely interested, the dish is 'patate riso cozze'...and yes it is as good as it sounds.
