My boy was off school today, illness rather than holiday. So when we went to pick up his sister he sat in the front of the van. its still quite amusing to see peoples faces when they think a child is driving, nearly as funny as when the dog sits there.

People also find it difficult to understand how a van with a UK license plate is a left hand drive. Its too boring to explain its German ancestry and the importation laws - so we just tell them the steering wheel can be moved from side to side. thats why its called a Multivan....... no one as yet has pulled us up on it.
