Seaside run

I had a dilemma over which picture to blip today - I have some stunners as the sun rose up over the waves - but this one caught my eye.. It is very Bournemouth.

Another good bit of running before work today. It was cold but beautiful and although still hard yakker, i can see I'm getting a little better!

I took ages to warm up after.. so much so that I dropped my phone into my bowl of porridge. Doh. It seems to have escaped unscathed... sometimes I'm just so blonde ;)
