Anomalous Iguana

Maybe that'll be the name of my next band. This was on the chimney stack of a bungalow overlooking Aberystwyth.

I couldn't resist a walk in the sun this afternoon, though I was also keen to get on with the website I've been working on. I went over to the old quarry in the Penglais local nature reserve, and walked back along the newly-opened footpath between the golf-course and the horse-field. Didn't see a soul. I was looking out for old long-tailed tit's nests - a friend had told me he'd read a paper on the way the lichens and moss they use bind together like Velcro, and I'm interested to see which species they use.No luck though.

Incredibly warm. Some people were in T-shirts and shorts. Not me though.

Light not terribly good for photography - or else I was feeling uninspired. I only took this one shot all day. Still feeling somewhat unwell, in a fluish sort of way.
