Do not ask my why Fountains of Wayne is on my computer. If you like what you see, please do not try this at home without adult supervision. This is one whole grapefruit with one frozen banana, one fresh banana, a handful of kale, a handful of baby carrots, a handful of assorted frozen fruit, a few blueberries, and about three quarters of a cup of red Gatorade. The grapefruit flavor luckily overtook the kale and the carrots, but I was startled by the strong tangy flavor. My latest smoothie made this one look tame. I gotta stick to the basics.
