Busy day at the bird feeder

It's been a cold, miserable and windy day today.

I noticed that it was a busy day at the bird feeder...so much so that it was empty! I put a huge pile of seed on the grass so they could have their fill which soon attracted a range of birds: blue tits, coal tits, great tits, chaffinches, sparrows, collared dove and a blackbird today.

Not wanting to pass up the opportunity...I grabbed the camera and took about 100 pictures through the glass which I'll put onto the B&B FB page soon and chose this one to blip.
