A Wedding in Scotland
This was a wedding of some friends of a very good friend. The venue was the Church of the Holy Rude in Stirling, Scotland.
This is a very special venue for a wedding. King James VI was crowned King of Scots here on 29 July 1567. This makes the Church of the Holy Rude and Westminster Abbey as the only church buildings still used today that have been the venues for coronations.
