On TV

My daughter, my Dad and I had a trip to the Museum of Science and Industry in Manchester, today. The main exhibition hall had been closed for some time for refurbishment, and re-opened only a few weeks ago.

I was pleased to see that one of my favourite areas, about the Manchester Cotton industry in the 19th century, had been retained.

The photo above shows one of the new features. Museum visitors can appear on the TV screens.

I love the expressions - grinning, gooning, 'is this my best side' looks. As it wasn't too busy, some of the portraits moved about the screens and stayed on display for quite a while!!!!
