Cake Batter

I've been on a baking high recently, which doesn't happen often.
My mum thought she'd use it to her advantage and asked me to make a cake that she'd been wanting to make for a while so when I got home today, I headed straight for the kitchen and started measuring all that I needed and turned the kitchen upside...oops!

When I'd finally put the cake in the oven, I sat and ate all the leftover cake batter, which I probably shouldn't do but it's so hard not to. I think that's my favourite part about baking!

Anyone else agree???
