So how do you get from Pier 39 to the northern side of the Golden Gate bridge?

One step at a time.



In total, it was about 6.5 miles (10.5 km). It was quite the adventure. It really is amazing how far you can get by just putting one foot in front of the other...

Fortunately, we found a random bus stop on our way to Sausalito, so we didn't have to walk all the way back...
