Avocado

Well it's certainly been one hell of a day so far:

First thing this morning, the main fuse to the house blew, so we had no electricity (heating, hot water, breakfast...you name it, it wasn't happening). Called the emergency engineers at 6.30am, and they were straight on the case. By 9am, the problem had been identified, but we were unsure whether the solution might lay in digging up the road outside the house (my mind suddenly went into Blip overdrive at this possibility). However, by 11am, with a new power box fitted, we were back up and running.

Consequently, we had bacon, avocado and tomato sandwiches for lunch (followed by a cup of tea, just because we could!). And this is the avocado...
