Surprise

This is a part of the garden that ordinarily we don't get to see too often as it is through the trees. That combined with the fact that the days are short and everyone is generally away from the house before its light and back after its dark, certainly at this time of the year! It was therefore a surprise today to be around during the day and to see how much the plant life had come on of late.

I just liked the idea that as bad as the winter has been and could still be, we are the road to spring. Even up here in Fife there are signs of daffodils starting to make an appearance and that will be a great show and no doubt be the topic of a number of blips. But that is for another day.
