The Briefing

I was stewarding at my local Park Run this morning and managed a few photos of the warm up and the start.

This was my favorite as Ally gives the briefing before the off.


Park run is a weekly 5k timed race which takes place every Saturday morning 9.30am in Scotland (Strathclyde, Pollock and Edinburgh soon to be Falkirk) and 9am in the rest of the UK, great fun, motivational and yo can run with dogs at it.
