like any parent, i spend time trying to 'teach' him things...but you never know what really soaks in.

so we talk about the importance of sharing, being nice to his sister, and how trains work.

then he ends up doing things like this because he sees dad do it after every run on the weekends. i've never taught him how to stretch, he certainly doesn't need it, but he learned it because kids are always paying attention.

half the stuff he learns is because he is copying us. i always forget that
