Christmas in Bali

Yes today is Christmas day or the equivalent in the balian culture, today and tomorrow will be celebrated throughout Bali and the country prays at temples all over Bali.

Today and yesterday they have been dressing the idols all around the complex and also making very large bamboo poles which are decorated to represent a dragon, these are placed outside the homes all across Bali, similar to our Christmas trees.

A great insight to another culture.

Not much time to comment again today, as the hotel seems to be invaded by hundreds of Japanese all whom seem to want to get on line.
