Polar Race Training Day

Back Blip:

Up to London for one of our last Polar Training Days. Only Team Polar Slugs there, so we had a personal update! Always good to spend some time together.

All getting a bit scary now .... only 6 weeks to go. Covered medical issues like frost bite, snow blindness, blisters gulp gulp.

Saw videos of previous contestants on their acclimatisation week OMG ...... no going back now!

It seems you can't photograph signs with these illuminations ... t my reasoning for the photo was to show how cheap fuel is in Hampton Court London; diesel was £130.9. In sunny Andover (The country) it is £136.9 pah
