Mint Lime Freeze.

On Saturday we went for breakfast and to the shops first thing, before hitting the pool for a hard day's swimming and sunbathing. In between shopping and swimming I stopped off at Gecko Cafe for a Mint Lime Freeze - my favourite thing to drink in Battambang. Even more so on a hot day, because it's just the most refreshing thing ever.

I was torn between whether to upload this picture, or one of the Singapore Sling that I had later that night when we went for poolside cocktails before hitting a Cambodian nightclub. In the end though it had to be the mint lime freeze, as I've had a few decent Singapore Slings elsewhere in Cambodia, but you can only get mint lime freeze in Battambang.
