Friendly Bacteria????

Do these work....I don't know but I buy them anyway. I think they do and I only get them on BOGOF!!! Pleased they have a long shelf life, although I feel for the little Lactobacillus, he spends 3 weeks at 3 degrees C, chilling out in anticpation, then gets shoved into me at 37 deg C and asked to do his stuff....

Mind you that's provided he wasn't murdered in the manufacturing process and I've just eaten several million dead ones!
