Skatepark with a view...

Have you ever seen the Leith shoreline from a skatepark?

You can now. I'd say this is the best view from a skatepark I've certainly ever come across. A couple of guys have been trying to build an indoor skatepark in Edinburgh for the last couple of years in light of the horrendous feet dragging that the council have been doing regarding the proposed outdoor park.

Where did they finally get it built? Ocean Terminal Shopping Centre of all places. I had serious doubts about this as it must be really expensive to rent out a unit in there but they do seem to be getting the numbers and have made a decent job of the space available to them.

Not cheap but dry and more or less local.
