Who needs Aunt Bessie?

Today was a miserable, cold & wet day which was spent clearing more boxes. So, did a Sunday Dinner and made Yorkshire Puddings. I have to say they were my best attempt yet!! I never used to make them and always bought "Aunt Bessie's" which you could get easily in Dubai. So, on my mum's last visit I bought a pudding tin and had a lesson from her! So a nice dinner was had followed by ice cream to finish off! L
