A last minute blip

I decided to look up words in the dictionary and oddly enough, the first page I turned to contained the word Camera. And there's even a cute little camel. This is a ridiculously vague definition. I have this dictionary from the 1950's called Dig This Dictionary that I got as a stocking stuffer. Apparently in the 50's people didn't generally care about details or how things actually work. I mean, obviously that's really all we need to know. The camera is an apparatus for taking pictures.
