Black and Orange Bug!

Had a nice day today, it was quite cold and raining most of the day so Spence and I just played inside! We baked a chocolate cake then had lunch then took Joe next door some chocolate cake and stayed there for a bit chatting.

Spence had his sleep and I caught up a tiny bit on commenting! I went out into the garden to find a blip just before tea and came across this black bug with two orange stripes sitting on a tree. It looked pretty cool so out came the macro lens! I have no idea what this is though!

Kaz and I have been doing some number crunching on our new renovation project to try and decide whether to buy, renovate and sell or buy, renovate and hold. It seems with our initial calculations that we would be $3,000 better off to buy renovate and then hold it, getting a revaluation from the bank at the end of the renovation to release the equity we would have just generated, rather than sell it at the end and end up with some cash, but no chance of capital growth as we wouldn't have the house anymore! So many decisions!!

Am going to have a scan tomorrow as we had to reschedule the one from today, so we have to leave at 6am to make it into the city on time! An early morning for the three of us!!
