Clean & Dirty
Energy can not be destroyed, but it can be wasted. The earth however can be wasted and destroyed. Here you see the dirty flare of the Indian IPC-R complex spewing out and burning millions cubic feet Associated Petroleum Gases (APG) every day. It is a waste of energy and a waste of our environment. In the background you'll see the cleanest energy source in this universe; the sun. Using her immense fusionreactor to produce our daily daylight and temperature. In the center of the sun, approximately 4.3 million tonnes of hydrogen per second is converted into energy according Einsteins famous formula E=mc². We are pretty much amateurs trying to copy the sun; the latest result show unfortunately that all attempts at fusion power generation as of 2008 have consumed more energy than they have produced. If we only could succeed in converting a tiny piece of mass into energy, our problems would be over and making this flaring senseless.
