Sporty Spice

Today, in the Funhouse residence, we all decided that we were ready to re-unite ourselves with our trainers again...so the boys went for a run and I laboured away at the gym for an hour or so...when I say an hour it is obviously more like 50 minutes.

So here we all are, fresh, energised and ready to take the world on - tomorrow rugby...but taking it easy as I don't want to do too much on my first week back....easy does it!!
