Composition No 273 - Bottom Prices

A friend told me about a new shop in town. Cans of coke for 19p he said and bargains more galore.
Tempted as always by the prospect of a cheap shop, I went to look, only to find the doorway guarded by a smiling plastic policeman backed by signs proclaiming "bottom prices".
Whatever can they mean ....................
