Tufted Titmouse

As you can see by these branches we got more snow last night. At least it was only a couple of inches this time. After last Friday's 60 degree F temp, I got my hopes up that Spring was here!

I had my third fitness session today! E has split my rountine into two parts ~ I will alternate between working the upper body and then the lower body. But I will work the core every time I go. The problem with exercise is that we always want to see immediate results and it just doesn't work that way!

At least this beautiful Tufted Titmouse made my blip an easy one today! Enjoy!
