Experimenting for the Great British Bake Off

Next Tuesday, I am going down to London to "audition" for the Great British Bake Off. I need to take a savoury and sweet dish to "wow" the selectors. No mean feat when I am getting there by plane - the train ticket price was ridiculous. I will let you know how I get on!

These are mini blueberry and almond tarts which taste (if I say so myself) very good.
